Fatty Acid Labs is the specialist fatty acid testing brand of Masdiag Pty Ltd. We use gas chromatography with flame ionisation detection (GC-FID) to analyse dried blood spot (DBS) and liquid blood samples, measuring over 24 individual fatty acids. DBS samples require only a simple finger-prick; we also accept whole blood, red blood cell (RBC) fractions, serum, and plasma from venous draws.

We operate as a B2B partner laboratory. We do not sell tests directly to consumers (omega3index.com.au handles B2C). Our clients include healthcare professionals, supplement and wellness brands, researchers, and distributors.
